Material:-
Open PhotoScape, click "Editor" and stay on the ward "Home."
Open a photo to edit
Click On Object select Photo and the texture which u have download
Adjust the texture on your photo and
put the opacity 153
click Photo+Object
Auto contrast > Default
Bright,Color > Brighten > High
Auto level > Auto
Filter > film effect > Cinema > Low
Sharpen > Low
Filter > region Out of focus
brighten
Level-75%
Size-0%
Feather-50%
Back Light > (+) 75
