Highlight Color Effect
Open PhotoScape, click "Editor" and stay on the ward "Home."
Open a photo and go to:
Sharpen> 10
Filter> Smart Blur> 4.0
Filter> Noise Reduction> Medium or High
Brightness, Color> Brightness> Low (Tom Gray)
Filter> Effect Movie> Velvia - Baixo
Filter> Effect Movie> Provia - Low
